About Us

Williams Lift Company is a new division of Williams Surgical which was opened in 1947 by Thomas E. Williams. It continues to be owned and operated by the Williams family to this day. Barry Williams, Thomas Williams' son, joined the business after graduating college in 1970 and is the current owner along with his wife, Judy. Barry's daughter Laura joined the business in 1992 and is the general manager and her husband Richard came on board in 2004 to create what is truly a family owned and operated business.

Our valued and dedicated employees have been with the company for many years as well. They include our secretary Valerie, our customer service rep Scott, our head-technician Steve, and our service technicians Richard and Michael. We can serve you with over 100 years of combined experience. We pride ourselves on the service we provide after the sale. Our repair department is available for stair lift and porch lift repairs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Here at Williams our goal is simple: offer quality products at a fair price, offer excellent service before, during and after the sale, and last but certainly not least, treat our customers the way we would expect to be treated ourselves.
