What an outstanding and professional company! Scott came promptly and patiently described all the features and options to choose from. Once I had decided, the installation was scheduled for the next morning. Michael, the installer, came and the installation was completed without a hitch. He also spent time training, giving tips and ideas, until I was comfortable with the lift’s operation. Both of them are very knowledgeable and polite gentlemen.
I would highly recommend going with Williams if you are in the market for a lift.

We had a stairlift installed for my mother who is moving in with us. It was installed professionally and efficiently. The installer took the time to explain the operation to my mother until she understood. He was very thorough and made sure we knew all the safety features. Would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent customer service from the entire company. I needed to rent a ramp for the holidays so that our wheelchair dependent family member could come to our home and enjoy the holidays with family. They came out right away, measured, gave me a reasonable quote and I had the ramp by the following week. They even gave me a prorated refund for returning the ramp early. Would highly recommend them and use them in the future if needed.

We needed a ramp urgently before my husband came home. You were so responsive, friendly and compassionate and highly recommended! I wasn’t home when the ramp was installed because I had to be at the rehab facility. Our daughter said Felipe and Alfonso were friendly and professional and got the job done quickly.

Just had a stairlift installed by Williams. Very nice company to deal with. Salespeople were pleasant. Installer did a wonderful job of not only the installation but also the explanation of how to use it. It wasn’t cheap but their price was less than other estimates.

The installer was very courteous and very informative with not only information about the lift but provided us a website for medical services as well. I had my chairlift installed this morning. Dan introduced himself upon arrival, was courteous and friendly even though we asked quite a few questions. He did a great job doing the installation efficiently. His knowledge was excellent and his explanation to me for use was easy to understand. I already used the lift a few times today which is a Godsend to me. A big thank you to Dan the installer and to Williams Lift Co.
